Senior Director Employee Experience—Microsoft
Microsoft is a member of Ragan’s Communications Leadership Council. Keith Boyd is the senior director of employee experience at Microsoft. In this role, he leads the Microsoft Digital Market and Employee Advocacy team, a global organization dedicated to unlocking insights that improve the company's products and services. Through the team's listening and analysis efforts, it makes Microsoft employees more productive and unlocks new revenue opportunities through breakthrough innovations in Microsoft products. As part of that mission, Keith's team tells the story of how Microsoft is digitally transforming itself through blog posts, LinkedIn articles and other media. The team also coordinates customer engagements and executive briefings focused on digital transformation of the employee experience.
Owner—Fruitful Strategies
Jaya Prasad has over twenty years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, corporate workplace strategy, large-scale change management, and experiential event production.
Prasad leads Fruitful Strategies, a consulting company that specializes in the design and execution of complex program rollouts, having the "hard conversations" of large-scale change with diverse audiences, and designing engagement strategies that takes customers and employees from hearing to understanding to embracing.
As Head of Global Workplace Experience, Engagement, and Real Estate at Poshmark, Prasad led a lean, distributed team that reimagined workplace policies and procedures to empower, engage, and connect employees all over the world. While leading strategies on “return to office” and the optimization for hybrid workforces, we focused on creating an optimal environment for employees to innovate, do their work, love the company, and be the brand.
Prior to joining Poshmark, Prasad served as the Director of User Experience and Employee Engagement for Global Technology at Raytheon Technologies. Focusing on bridging the gap between complex technologies and global, multi-generational audience, she led the end-user/employee experience side of consolidating five companies’ technology tools into one streamlined stack for 400K employees.
At Fannie Mae, Prasad led internal communications, employee engagement, and change management for some of the largest transformation initiatives at Fannie Mae including a workplace strategy (physical moves, orientation, technology trainings, etc.), digital transformation (consolidating and updating the enterprise-wide tech stack), and implementing the new ESG initiative.
Vice President, Global Corporate Communications—CBRE
CBRE is a member of Ragan’s Communications Leadership Council. Wendy Sherwood is the vice president of global corporate communications at CBRE, a commercial real estate services firm with 100,000 employees in 100 countries. Wendy oversees global employee communications and works across all corporate functions, including Digital & Technology, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, People, Finance, Corporate Responsibility, etc. to ensure employees are informed and engaged. She also manages the company’s digital communications team and is a member of CBRE’s Executive Inclusion Council and Global Employee Wellbeing Taskforce.
