Darbe Polisano

Darbe Polisano is head of communications for Workplace Experience at JPMorgan Chase and has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and hospitality industries. Her expertise spans executive communications, marketing strategy, employee engagement and event planning. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.  When she isn’t at one of her children’s sports activities, she enjoys reading, the beach and home improvement projects.
