I am the communications manager for Auburn University’s division of Facilities Management. Our division has close to 500 employees. I have been asked by our AVP to develop communications metrics to share with the Facilities Management leadership team. I want to structure the metrics so that they tell our story and relay the importance of the communications team. I am working to develop a list of metrics and would love to hear ideas.
