J. Adaline Britt

Adaline Britt is the chief people officer (CPO) for the Los Angeles Garrison at Los Angeles Air Force Base (AFB), California. Mrs. Britt is the senior executive providing advisement to the CEO on matters pertaining to recruitment, training, readiness, advancement and sustainment of over 840 assigned personnel. She previously was the director of human resources for the 5th Security Forces Squadron at Minot AFB, North Dakota. As a transgender executive and military veteran, she uses her platform and experiences to advocate for all underrepresented communities, and is extremely passionate about coaching and influencing other C-level executive teams on the importance of “blended” boardrooms, and their impact for lasting DEIB initiatives.
