Cancellation Policy

Fees are non-refundable. Substitutions will be accepted up to 5 days prior to the event for another Ragan conference, workshop or award event of equal value. Within 5 days of the event, Ragan may, on a case by case basis, issue a credit voucher for another conference, workshop or award event of equal value within the next 365 days, plus a $199 transfer fee.

Ragan reserves the right to reschedule the event for circumstances beyond our control and would not be responsible for covering travel costs incurred by the customer. Should Ragan cancel the event, a registration voucher will be issued to the customer. Non-payment or non-attendance of the conference does not constitute a cancellation.
