Lenore Feder

Lenore Feder is the Senior Director of Global Employee Communications and Community at PayPal, where she has worked for six years. Lenore's responsible for driving communications and engagement with the global community of employees, building connections between them, and motivating action around the company’s business strategy, mission and values. Prior to PayPal, Lenore worked as the VP of Employee Communications at Credit Suisse, and Sr. Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications at Viacom. Prior to that, Lenore held roles in Corporate Communications at Barnes & Noble and Bricker and Associates, Inc. Lenore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University and a Master of Science degree from Columbia University’s Strategic Communications program, where she has also served on the associated faculty for The Compelling Communicator course. She lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and four beautiful children.
