Meet Internal Communications Professional, Tony Tsai

The people who work for Tony Tsai respect him—a lot. Tsai, manager of corporate communications at the Canadian Automobile Association, South Central Ontario, was nominated by his reports to be named an Ace Internal Communicator. Staffers were very persuasive about what he did: (1) Tsai changed “the way we talk about employee value in our organization,” (2) he “incorporated the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) into all aspects of our internal comms,” (3) he “got buy-in from all levels” for EVP, (4) he “turned a potentially boring concept into a thing we embraced and most important, understood,” and (5) he “made EVP into a real experience of programs, policies, and practices.” Congratulations, Tony!
