Learn leadership, resiliency, and communication skills at Ragan’s Employee Experience Conference

Former NFL player Caleb Campbell will share insights on activating employee goodwill, enhancing resilience, and navigating change.

As the Ragan team excitedly prepares for our annual Employee Experience Conference, held this year in Nashville’s Four Seasons Hotel Aug. 12-14, 2024, we look forward to welcoming a stacked lineup of comms leaders from Victoria’s Secret & Co, Cisco, Microsoft, CVS, Land O’Lakes, Inc. and many more.

Joining the mainstage on the morning of Aug. 13 is Caleb Campbell, a former NFL player and West Point graduate, who will be delivering the opening keynote around navigating immense pressure and unexpected challenges. His own journey, including a sudden return to active duty just before signing his first NFL contract, has taught him the importance of resilience and emotional capacity.

During Campbell’s interactive keynote, attendees will learn tried and true approaches for activating employee goodwill and holding steady as the world spins ever faster. Campbell will share his unique insights on fortitude through hardship and setbacks, as well as inspirational leadership and communication advice, drawn from his experiences in the Army, the NFL and his personal journey of transformation.

It’s increasingly crucial that organizations embrace transparency, mutual trust and collaboration with employees as they face a rapidly evolving future together. Join us to find out from Campbell how we can make the important internal shifts needed to catapult everyone forward, so we can be better leaders, managers and communicators to our colleagues during a time of upheaval and uncertainty.

Learn how to connect, empower and communicate with leadership and employees — and reclaim your own job satisfaction and joy in the process.
